1) First download Gta vice city part 1 and part 2 both from the links given below in this page.

2) Then download the Gta vice city app from the link given below.

3) Then download zarchiever app from playstore and open zarchiever app.

4) Then Go to the folder where both part1 and part 2 are available in the zarchiever app.

5) Then click on part1 and then click on 'Extract here' option and wait some time.

6)Then copy the folder 'com.rockstargames.gtavc' and paste it in DeviceMemory/Android/obb/pastehere.That is

It means that copy the folder com.rockstargames.gtavc then open device memory then open android folder then open obb folder then paste the folder.

7) Then click on the apk and click extract here and then you will get Two apk. Use any one apk which is good for your phone.
